Tyler Barbee at Hobson Air is not a good salesman. Already upset that they installed a completely new Amana system that only lasted 6.5 years. Took over a week to call me back with a price. Tyler did not discuss any benefits that would come with his quote such as warranty or even a loyalty discount for me bringing them back. I never got the warm fuzzies with Tyler and even asked that I deal with another employee, Don S., who said would be contacting me but they never acknowledged my request and kept Tyler, so I just don't think they were serious about me being another customer.
Casey did a great job doing routine maintenance on our AC units. During the work, he noticed an issue and clearly explained everything, as well as options, pricing, etc. Seemed very honest about everything and I appreciate the help!
Ryan was super friendly and professional. Showed me everything that needed to be done and completed the work quickly

Preform annual inspection of both units. Both units running on standard performance.for the upstairs unit was shutting off during evaluation. Found bad 40+5 capacitor. Installed new capacitor with life time warranty.

For this super tune-up I inspected the air handler and condenser. All equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. Due to the higher amps on the inrush I recommend a compressor saver installed on the condenser, as well as whole home surge protection to mitigate any potential damages caused by power surges.
Upon arrival installed new zone control board and tested all components and system was now getting the proper calls and was cooling properly Customer also believes that we had replaced that board before and would like to talk to someone in the office just to verify
