2020 main unit straight electric 4t. 2022 upstairs bryant hp. Homeowner uses home warranty for any issues found. Also has golf buddies he reaches out to for issues. Supply plenum on the main system is original and has black biological growth, ducts are leaking energy as well. Filter is not replaced regularly. Evaporator coil is getting dirty. 24mf blower capacitor is at the top of its tolerance. Homeowner is fully aware of the issues I've presented with photo evidence. Estimates made. Declined all work.
Upon arrival Tankless Water heater from 2014 would not fire up. No led indicator lighting, water heater has proper voltage to it but still no operation. Control board failure on system, due to age of tankless water heater and repairs needed, I recommend replacement of Water heater. Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowners. I ran tune upstairs on two mini splits and the furnace on the main house. BARN HOUSE: Mini split filters clean, evaporator coil clean, blower wheel has minimal dust buildup. Compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, I washed and waxed the unit, refrigeratant charge acceptable at this time. STUDIO: Customer expressed concerns about the studio mini split not putting out cold air. I found that the outdoor unit was extremely dirty and was not getting airflow across the coil, I washed and waxed the unit. Compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range. The refrigerant charge was within acceptable levels at this time. The indoor filters were clean, the evaporator coils were clean. The blowers had some dust buildup. I also noticed that the remote seemed to be operating unusually, the homeowner said he noticed the same issue and had ordered a new remote. MAIN HOUSE: Filter needs replace

Arrived and replaced existing Condenser fan motor with new fan motor. Wired fan to control board, ran system check and found no issues system is operating as should at this time
While inspecting system I found that there was a long list of hps activations. While inspecting the outdoor I found that the variable speed condenser fan motor was not operating causing the hps activation Need to order condenser fan motor for downstairs system Model: ASZC706010AA Serial: 2304234816

Upon arrival I found that the outdoor control board had failed. Need to order control board for downstairs condenser System is down Holding for parts
Ran new communicating wires from the head in the bedroom the condenser. Multiple breaks in the wire were causing a communication error to the head. Control board has been fixed and system is running as it should at the time of departure. Was unable to make contact with the customer at the time of completing the job. Technician is not sure what card on file the customer wants to charge the job to. Holding for payment to be collected.
