For this job I performed 2 super tune ups. I noted the downstairs unit was amping over the LRA rating on the data tag. I offered an option between adding a soft start or hard start device to the unit to medigate the issue and try to prevent a compressor lockout. Homeowner requested estimates for duct cleanings. Homeowner did not commit to any work being done at the moment, I left open estimates for all reccomendations and let homeowner know that financing was available if they were to go through with any work.
