This contractor is great. They arrived on time, kept me advised of their arrival time, gave me a convenient appointment and repaired my air conditioner quickly.
The gentleman who came was the coolest guy I could expect. Very personable with great sense of humor. He fixed the issue in 20 minutes.
I'd like to say a big Thank you to Andy, he was excellent, friendly and efficient. We even talk about winterizing the unit. If I do I'd like him to do the job. Thank you Comfort First.

Trane clogged drain line
Complete: 2 Systems worked on upstairs unit: Goodman Split Heat Pump: HO saw water damage in her garage. She showed it to me and I couldn’t see any staining and maybe a little swelling on the ceiling but camera wouldn’t pick it up. ...... At AH found secondary pan full of water. Couldn’t access condensate line to cut out. I was able to blow it out from the bottom and used snake to clean out from the top. Pumped water out of pan down drain and it is draining perfectly. The float switch is working as it should but was mounted to high up in the pan. Remounted lower. Also air filter inside AH was stopped up. Pulled and informed HO she needs one ASAP. System is on and working great at this time!

Working on amana heat pump
Incomplete: Goodman Split Heat Pump: HO said it had been out for a month. At the HP found disconnect pulled away from the house (been that way since they bought the house) and unit not running. Checked power and there was 240. Found low voltage wires completely removed from system. Looks as if someone or something (2 dogs living in the back yard) had pulled them apart. The Tstat wires are heavily damaged all the way to foundation. Pushed in contactor and rescue fan fired but not compressor. Tried to pull disconnect and no way to pull without breaking plastic handle. Cut off at breaker. Checked cap and it is totally bad. There is no insulation on suction line leading to foundation. HP needs to be rewired, new capacitor, insulate suction line.
