I would like to express my appreciation to the crew that came out to install my Emergency Generator on one of the Worst Days this year. It was "POURING" rain most of the day but that did not deter the crew. They continued working all thru the rain to get the job done. I was briefed on the operation of the generator after they finished and given manuals to read about the generator. Also, I would like to give a shout out to Joel Worsham who stayed until near 7 p.m. to insure the tech from Duke power came and restored the electricity. THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC and reflect the service provide from COMFORT FIRST. They truely live up to the companies name...JOE GUTIERREZ

20kw stanby generator Briggs and Stratton. Electrical service upgrade. Plumbing services
Complete 2 Systems 2 AHS Cooling Maintenances. US Armstrong A/C System. Checked tstat and air filter. Checked blower motor amp draw and run cap. Inspected all wiring at the AH. Inspected evap coil. Drain line found clear. Checked compressor and cfm amp draws. Checked pressures. System found low in 410A. Will need about 1 or 2 lbs of 410A. HO will get a new dispatch transfered to us. Inspected all wiring at the condenser unit. Checked dual cap. Cleaned condenser coil. System is not running great at this time. DS Arm Strong A/C System. Checked tstat and air filter. Checked blower motor amp draw a d run cap. Run cap found weak. 7.5 out of 10 Uf. HO will address this issue to his home warranty. and get a new dispatch transfered to us. Inspected all wiring at the AH. Inspected evap coil. Drain line found clear. Checked compressor and cfm amp draws. Checked pressures. Inspected all wiring at the condenser unit. Checked dual cap. Cleaned condenser coil. System is running grea

Complete 2 Systems 2 AHS Heating Maintenances. US Goodman HP Split System: Checked tstst and air filter. Checked heat strips and made sure they were on. Checked blower motor amp draws. Inspected evap coil. Checked all wiring at the AH. Checked compressor and cfm amp draws. Checked dual cap. Checked all wiring at the condenser. Checked pressures. Tested defrost board. Condenser coil is clean. System is running great st this time. DS Goodman Gas Furnace: cycled system. Checked tstat and air filter. Checked Blower Motor amp draw and run cap. Checked electrical connections. No CO detected. Burners are clean. Cleaned Flame sensor. Checked amparage on draft motor. All safety switches are on great condition. System is running great at this time.
Incomplete 2 Systems worked on US Rheem HP Split System: HO stated condenser unit was not coming on. He got maintenance done and they told him defrost board was bad. Found bad defrost board bad. Common side coming from defrost board to contactor not working. Defrost board needs to be replaced. Called Dealers Supply in Raleigh. They said board is not under warranty any more. P#: 47-102684-204. Price: $44.01. In Stock, ready for pick up. PO#: 78070. Part on order.
Complete 1 System Trane Gas Pak, Heating Maintenance: cycled system. Checked tstat and air filter. Checked Blower Motor amp draw and run cap. Checked electrical connections. No CO detected. Burners are clean. Cleaned Flame sensor. Checked amparage on draft motor. All safety switches are on great condition. System is running great at this time. Collected payment for call on HO Rental house and this house.
Complete 2 Systems worked on US Rheem HP Split System. HO stated system was not cooling. Found bad defrost board. Called Dealers Supply to order board. P#: 47102684204. Price: $47.20. In Stock. Ready for pick up. PO#: 77055. Left epa agreement with HO. He stated he is talking to his wife about it if they decide to sign it they will call us. It’s a 2 System.
Complete 1 System Rheem HP Split System: Tenant stated system was not cooling properly. Checked brazing we performed last time at the evap. Coil. No leaks. Cycled system. Checked pressures. Pressures seemed to be ok. Checked delta t. Found it incorrect. Checked for super heat. Only found 10 degrees of super heat. Checked condenser coil, checked air filter, rechecked evap coil. System was overcharged. Had to remove about 8 oz of 410A to get 26 degrees of super heat and 19 degrees of delta t. System is running great st this time.
ICP a/C checked system found to be low in refrigerate and added 3 lb R-22 to system and cycled system working at this time
