the folks in the office communicated often, and James dove right in and found the problem, that 3 other technicians overlooked.

Tech “Justin Dibler” was courteous and more importantly, knowledgeable. Went right to the no-air-problem and quickly, accurately diagnosed what was wrong. Then, fixing and providing cool-air to my house. Justin then recommend and CLEARLY explained how and why a ComfortFirst maintenance plan with a monthly fee of $15 so to clean and check my unit twice a year would benefit me. ComfortFirst, you have one good employee that will keep ME doing business with YOU for years to come. Will recommend to my friends and neighbors to call ComfortFirst!

Complete two systems, upstairs. Checked systems operations and pressures. Everything was good. System is operating properly at this time.
Complete one system, gas pack. Found system low in refrigerant and added 2 lbs of r438a. System is operating properly at this time.
Complete one system, split. Found cfm with bad bearings and replaced it. System is operating properly at this.

Complete one system, attic. Found secondary drain pan full of water and removed it. Cleared out primary drain line. Found secondary drain pan safety switch bad and replaced it. System is operating properly at this time.
