Friendly and knowledgeable
I have an older construction grade A/C unit and they have been able to take care of it and prolong its life for me. Always curteous and professional.
Renee was great at providing options and at explaining the details of the replacement. I feel Renee really cares about the Customer which was displayed in how she presented the facts and benefits of the replacement system.

Goodman replaced drain pan
Goodman hp...not cooling
Complete: Amana Split HP: HO said system was making a loud banging noise last night and it’s happened before but never replicates while technician is here. Checked system thoroughly. Amp draws, pressures, start up amps, pumped system down, capacitor, cycled system. I saw and found nothing mechanically wrong. When I turned unit off the compressor did make a rattling noise like an engine turning off. She said it was that noise but much louder. She asked about replacing the compressor. I spoke with her about one more potential remedy so I added a hard start to the system. If this doesn’t work we may need to look at changing the compressor. The fan balance was normal. System working great at this time.
Complete: 1System Rheem split HP for both floors. Tstat in Bottom floor. HO said it didn’t seem to be cooling properly. At the condenser found coils stopped up as well as both filters inside clogged. Cleaned coils and pulled filters. Checked charge. The system is older but everything is working as it should, just a big load on the older system.

Had to add a service valve extension port due to cross threaded service valve. Pressures were low on the high side as well. Performed nitro leak search. Found leak on the suction line valve at the HP. We need to order both service valves from East Coast. Parts Ordered
