We used ComfortFirst to install 2 new AC units and add zoning to our third floor. From the very first meeting, AJ asked detailed questions about our AC system and our needs (like which rooms in your house feel stuffy) that none of the other companies had asked us. He was detailed in his assessment of our current system and what we needed. He also took plenty of time to answer our questions, was available any time by phone or text, and followed up quickly when we had a question. We were impressed and knew that Comfort First would do a great job. He was also exceedingly kind and patient with our boys, who wanted to be part of the process too. He made us feel like we were the only customers in the world. We had an equally wonderful experience with Omar and Carlos, who did our install. They worked so hard and were so thoughtful with our property. More than once I saw them straightening up our landscaping or cleaning up after themselves during the job. They treated us with great care and we were so happy. They also took time to show us how to use the new thermostat and answer questions about the system. We have been so happy with every step of this process. We know we got a good price and also great customer service. Thank you.
