The middle of the hottest week of the year is by far the worst time to have your AC go out and we knew it might be awhile before we could get service. Once Justin got on the scene, he quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work getting our unit up and running. The best part about his visit was that he noticed a slight smell of gas coming from the back of our attic away from the furnace and had us immediately contact Piedmont Natural Gas. They found the leak and repaired it within minutes.There's no telling how long we could have had the leak. I'm requesting Comfort First the next time I call AHS for a heating and air issue.
