Terry was the best technician that has ever been to my home. He was professional. He showed me what the technician did wrong from Advanced. I will never use another company and I will always ask for him. My unit is two times better. He set my controls on 70 and my home is warmer than 72 where i had it set. Thank you Mr. Terry. Advanced told me that I needed a capacitor and he just had to wire it correctly. And made changes to my gas flow because it was incorrect. He made a liar out of them. It’s working correctly. It is cozy in my home now.

Terri is the most unbelievable heating and air guy I have run into. He fixed my gas pack today. Other companies have tried to fix it even some of your tax have tried to fix it. Terri did what they could not do. Comfort first should be honored to have Terri working for them!

Comfort first was outstanding. I had some idiot from Advanced come out here and try to run my heat were carbon monoxide would come into my house and killed me. I’m pretty sure your guys save my life.
