Having had a home warranty for a short time, my experience has not been the best. However, Comfort First came through in the end to make sure I was happy. I only ask for honesty, experience, and integrity. Comfort First delivered on all three. From scheduling to dispatch, to the awesome tech that came out. Terry J was honest and did an A+ job fixing my AC unit. Unlike another company that came out, Terry was there to fix my problem, not to sell me something I didn't need. He came out twice and delivered on everything he said he would. Great guy and a pleasure to be around!
