James identified the problem almost immediately and fixed it in about 2 minutes. I had a plumber over to look at it before he came and he didn’t know what was wrong. James knew exactly what was wrong.

Complete one system, gas pack. Found condenser fan motor locked up and replaced it. Also replaced capacitor. System is operating properly at this time.
