Josh was exceptional! I described the issues I was having with my current heating/cooling system and why I was looking to replace it. Josh listened, asked questions, determined the heating and cooling needs of my house then gave me a list of options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything I didn’t want. Great job! I highly recommend this company. I’ll do another review after the install in a couple weeks. 😊
