2 delays that held up entire project. 1st was comforts being surprised by distributors inventory being delayed. 2nd comfort ordered wrong part which threw schedule off again possibly affecting the unit install & fit. installers polite, neat & efficient but not familiar with product when we asked questions.there is problem with fit, installer came back but didn't know what he could do to make the unit fit. said that's how they come. I can't believe these unit fronts would jiggle when touched. not happy. working with Josh was excellent & hope he can fix the issue.
