I needed some refrigerant added to my central air. Everyone else in town was booked for a few weeks, even the HSP was backed up. Adam answered the phone and his main concern was to try and fit me in and get my system back up for the heatwave. He was prompt and professional. He explained the health of my system and how a newer system could benefit me. But wasn’t pressuring me into buying something right then and there. Thanked me for my business and hoped to hear from me soon. Hard to find just straight shooting good service.
