I contacted Comfort Masters at 8 AM with 2 units having issues with heating and Matthew was here at 10AM. He fixed both units and had us back up & running very quickly. Matthew also installed an air scrubber and we are very excited for it to work! Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Comfort Masters goes over and beyond in proving excellent customer service, every time. Meeting Don in Sales to obtain an estimate to replace 2 of our AC systems was very informational and he found ways to save us money while putting our needs first. He is very honest and truly cared our family needs were met by explaining different options. The installation crew were very professional, knowledgeable and left everything very clean. They took the time to explain how the thermostat and air scrubber worked and answered all my questions. Very impressed! Comfort Masters also provides a quality check after each installation to make sure everything was properly completed. They truly stand behind their work and truly cares about their customers. Meeting Geno for the Quality checks was such a pleasure as he explained the process and made sure everything was installed properly in detail. Geno was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. After our other older unit stopped working, Geno came out and was able to make repairs without replacing this particular unit. He explained what the issues were and explained the repair process every step of the way. I’m so grateful he was able to get us back up and running because the temps were close to 100 outside! Tricia in the office truly cares and consistently provides excellent customer service. She always met our needs in scheduling Sales, installation and provided same day service when our older unit stopped working when the temp was close to 100 outside. On every scheduled appointment, she provided a curiosity call before the technicians arrived. We can’t say enough good things about Comfort Masters! We feel blessed to have found such a professional, caring and honest company to serve our AC needs for life.

Let me start off that big tickets items always leave me uneasy. However, the people...all the people at Comfort Masters are good people and a pleasure to do business with. From the initial meeting to go over my needs and sizing the right unit, to the installers to the inspector that came out to review the work was down well,all are people I would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done. And let’s not forget Tricia the service manager that is responsible for communicating and coordinating all the work. Communication and setting expectations are huge to me and this is just another area Comfort Masters shines. I’ve tried the big name companies and they always run me the wrong way...they act like I’m a number and not a customer. Comfort Masters treats you how all companies should and they have a customer for life.

We were very excited and pleased with the service we received. Our salesman, Don Boland was very personable and professional. He explained all our options and the financing. He gave us a date and time for our install and they called to confirm the time. Our installers, John, Eric and Camron were on time and began working right away. They were very tidy and neat, no trash was left behind. These three explained what they were doing and how long it should take. They vacuumed my hallway where they installed a new vent. Even though it took longer than expected, they continued until the job was done. Very polite gentlemen, and very professional. Our tech, Kyle, was very professional & personable. He explained how everything looked and assured us our new unit was doing great. Over all these are some of the best we have ever dealt with, including Tress at the office, she worked with me getting all our times coordinated. She was so nice and accommodating.

No heat service call. Electric heat wasn’t working properly and replaced several components to get heat up and running.
Added a water safety switch to the system
No cool call. I found the float switch tripped due to the primary drain being clogged. I cleared the drain and verified it was draining properly. I tested the system and verified it is cooling per manufacture specs before leaving.
Performed cooling diagnostic on one slplit system, condenser run capacitor was bad, replaced capacitor and checked cooling operation.
Performed maintenance on system and changed out a capacitor.
Cleared primary drain, replaced capacitor and Contactor
Performed cooling maintenance on Trane XR heat pump.
Built return chase, added two returns, replaced supply plenum
Completed seasonal cooling maintenance on 2 Amana heating and cooling systems.
Replaced fan control relay on down flow unit
