Let me start off that big tickets items always leave me uneasy. However, the people...all the people at Comfort Masters are good people and a pleasure to do business with. From the initial meeting to go over my needs and sizing the right unit, to the installers to the inspector that came out to review the work was down well,all are people I would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done. And let’s not forget Tricia the service manager that is responsible for communicating and coordinating all the work. Communication and setting expectations are huge to me and this is just another area Comfort Masters shines. I’ve tried the big name companies and they always run me the wrong way...they act like I’m a number and not a customer. Comfort Masters treats you how all companies should and they have a customer for life.
