We highly recommend Comfort Matters. They're professional, prompt and reasonably priced. THEY call YOU to schedule your tune ups (which are free with the service plan). Our technician took 2.5 hours to change filters and make sure everything was up to date on our two furnaces! Worth it! He recommended some upgrades/enhancements, but was NOT pushy or fear-mongering about it!

The fault of this model of furnace seems to be the flame sensor. It has gone out three times since it was installed in October, 2010. How can this be corrected???

Site visit will be completed to verify. From the pictures I have seen I don't think there will be any issues. Terms: 50% Down & Balance Due at completion Equipment must be ordered by 6/30/22 for this pricing. Increase coming on July 1st. RTU is in stock. Curb adapter will take about 1 week for us to build. We have a lower cost unit option but not expected in stock until middle of July.
Found the system iced up. Defrosted system and checked airflow and temperatures. Upon diagnosis found a major issue with airflow. The duct work is very undersized for the size of the furnace, this causes major issues with cooling and heating. Also found the system to be low on charge. Charged the system to bring it back to manufacturing levels. I then added a leak prevention to act as a temporary fix on the unit, lastly installed locking caps to prevent against theft and also act as a better seal on the access ports of the air conditioner. Will be coming back out June 13th at 1030 To go over system replacement.
AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Installed a new eac filter in furnace. Motor booster, ac starter, blower wheel are in need of repairs. Vent screens and locking caps are also recommended. All declined at this time.
