Comfort Matters has been providing maintenance on our furnace and AC for years. We called them right away while we turned off the water in the utility room and surveyed the damage. Cody arrived promptly and found the problem plus a solution. We'll be replacing the humidifier soon. Thank you!

Performed seasonal precision tune up on heating systems; cleaned burners, tested ignition components, adjusted gas levels, tested safety circuits, checked indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operations. Air Exchanger cleaning and tune up. Remove filters and core to vacuum. Also clean cabinet interior. Inspect bearings on blower assembly. Install core and filters. Clean off outside hoods. Test operation of air exchanger. Replaced flame sensor under warranty. Will clean blower wheel and install surge protector on a later date. Recommend an electronic air filter, duct cleaning, and an air purifier.
Return visit to remove and replace the exhaust motor and motor sensor. After installing the new parts I tried testing the unit then ran into another issue. Spoke with the manufacture went through diagnostics with them and found that the control board was now the issue. In order to test the unit further we would need to replace the control board, however we are still unsure if there will be any further issues.

Customer noted that the duct cleaning company that was out earlier had found water within the furnace cabinet. After further assessment I found that the ac drain line was plugged up. I found this out by pouring multiple bottles of water into the pan and found that he water would not drain at all. Recommended replacing the drain line on the system, customer noted he is going to replace the drain line himself.

Install a 1 Star 80% Daikin Furnace and 13 Seer AC
Arrived and there was water on mechanical room floor. Water heater tank was clearly failed due to amount of water in the burner compartment. Customer signed for replacement water heater with powered anode rod. Install will take place tomorrow. Scheduled an appointment with Brandon for 9-27-22 for AC replacement. Enrolled into monthly plumbing membership and sunshine club for a and furnace.

Inducer motor is over amping and failing. Blower wheel is dirty reducing airflow and efficiency. Blower starter is testing out of range and failing. AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Motor booster is failing. Drain pan treatment is over 5 years old, they are good only for one year. Pipe insulation is worn down. Surge protector needs to be replaced, it is a older style that had issues. Due to age and condition, replacement is recommended. Customer would like to hold off on repair and replacement options at this time.
Performed annual furnace precision tune up. Check all heating temperatures and ensure they are within manufacturing specifications. Clean out all drains. Check all safety’s including flame safety. Clean burner assembly to ensure proper combustion. Check combustion to ensure furnace is operating safely. Furnace is operating well at this time with no issues. Left current filter in furnace due to it not being dirty or causing high restriction.

Customer questioned about zoning. Determined we would have order Lennox zone panel to be applicable with Lennox communicating system. Will follow up on pricing and what would need to be done to zone system.
Return visit to inspect rtu operation, after further diagnostics I found that the rpm sensor on the exhaust motor was no longer operating correctly, I confirmed this with the manufacture. I managed to track down a exhaust motor kit that included the sensor and placed on order right away. Once we receive the parts we will reach back out to confirm a new appointment to return and make the needed repairs. As of now since the system cannot start up fully, I cannot confirm that this is the only issue.

Looked at warranty replacement options Customer in the house previously bought water heater from lowes and so the homeowner has to warranty the unit out himself. Will call when ready to install new one.
