Ken, our technician, did a fantastic job making sure our house is now "cooler" than it's been in years. He fixed a minor leak and added refrigerant that was much needed as well. All in a very timely manner. Looking forward to the maintenance plan we signed up for so this winter our heater will hopefully be running just as "hot"! Another bonus was the return time from when I called and how quickly they came out.
