We first learned about Comfort Now at the Fresno Home & Garden Show. We signed up to receive a free quote. They called us back the next day to set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, we received an email about 1 hour before the arrival time. This email included a picture of, and introduction to their rep, Brian Atkins, who would be arriving shortly. This little extra step made a big impression on me and my wife. Brian was extremely thorough in his explanations of all the different options available. Every step of the process, from getting the quote to signing the contract has been handled with complete professionalism. We are looking forward to our installation experience.
