Thank you for the great review. We are always happy to service all of your HVAC needs.
Today, I installed a Mitsubishi Electric ductless mini-split system for both heating and cooling. The homeowner wanted an efficient solution for a home addition. I mounted the indoor air handler and connected it to the outdoor condenser. I ran refrigerant lines and wiring, then charged the system and tested it for both cooling and heating functions. The new mini-split provides excellent comfort control in the space, without the need for extensive ductwork.
I replaced an older cooling system with a American Standard Gold 17 unit. The existing system was struggling to maintain consistent temperatures, so I disconnected it and installed the new condenser along with a matching air handler. After adjusting the refrigerant charge and verifying the airflow, I calibrated the system for maximum efficiency. The homeowner now enjoys improved cooling performance and lower energy costs.
I performed a tune-up on an American Standard S9X1 furnace to ensure it’s ready for the colder months. I cleaned the burners, inspected the heat exchanger for any damage, and replaced the air filter. I also checked the blower motor and lubricated any moving parts. After testing the furnace for proper operation, I confirmed it was running efficiently. The system is now fully prepared to keep the home warm this winter.
I completed an HVAC installation using an American Standard Silver 16 system. The client requested a more energy-efficient solution for their home. After removing the old unit, I installed the new Silver 16 condenser and paired it with a Gold S9V2 gas furnace. We used copper refrigerant lines and ensured proper insulation around the ductwork. I also installed a Honeywell T6 Pro Thermostat for better temperature control. Once the system was in place, I tested the airflow and refrigerant pressures. The installation was successful, and the client is now enjoying a reliable, energy-efficient cooling and heating system.
I sealed air ducts using mastic sealant to improve airflow and efficiency. The homeowner had been experiencing inconsistent cooling, and I found leaks along the return ducts. After sealing the joints, I tested the airflow, and the system is now more efficient.
I serviced a zoned AC system using a Carrier Infinity series. The zone dampers were malfunctioning due to a wiring issue. I rewired the dampers and tested both zones to ensure independent cooling. I also recalibrated the thermostats for each zone to improve accuracy.
I replaced a failed compressor in a 5-ton Goodman AC unit. After diagnosing a locked rotor, I installed a new Copeland scroll compressor, charged the system with R-410A refrigerant, and ensured the unit was running smoothly. Cooling was restored to the home.
I completed an AC replacement with an American Standard 5-ton Gold 17 SEER system. The existing unit had a cracked heat exchanger, so I installed the new system, including a new air handler and programmable thermostat. I also checked ductwork for any airflow issues.
I installed a Santa Fe Compact70 dehumidifier in a customer’s basement. I connected the unit to the existing HVAC ductwork and set it to automatically regulate humidity levels. I tested the unit for proper drainage and airflow, ensuring it would keep the space dry and free from mold. The system is now helping to improve the overall air quality in the home.
I performed maintenance on a Weil-McLain CGa-4 boiler. I inspected the burner assembly, cleaned the heat exchanger, and tested the pressure relief valve. I also bled the radiators to remove trapped air and checked the water pressure. After the maintenance, the boiler was operating efficiently, providing consistent heating throughout the building.
I installed a Honeywell HE300 whole-home humidifier. I mounted the humidifier to the return air duct, connected it to the water supply, and installed a bypass damper for airflow control. After wiring the humidistat, I tested the system to ensure it was maintaining the desired humidity levels, improving the home’s comfort during dry winter months.
I completed a tune-up on a Trane XR95 furnace. I inspected the heat exchanger for cracks, cleaned the burner assembly, and tested the flame sensor for proper ignition. I also replaced the air filter with a MERV 13 filter to improve air quality and airflow. After a full operational test, the furnace was running efficiently and safely.
I conducted maintenance on a Lennox SLP98V variable-capacity gas furnace. I performed a combustion analysis using a Testo 330-2 LL analyzer, adjusting the gas valve for optimal air-fuel ratio. I cleaned the flame sensor, checked the igniter resistance, and replaced the capacitor. I also updated the furnace control board firmware to address a known issue.
I installed an American Standard AccuClean whole-house air filtration system (AUX10407) in a residential HVAC setup. I integrated it with the existing ductwork, ensuring proper fit and sealing. I wired the power supply and connected it to the HVAC control board. After installation, I measured particulate levels using a handheld particle counter to verify improved air quality.
I repaired a Goodman GSX16 air conditioner with a refrigerant leak. Using an electronic leak detector and soap bubbles, I located a pinhole leak in the evaporator coil. I repaired the leak using Stay-Brite 8 silver solder. After repair, I pressure tested the system, pulled a vacuum to 500 microns, and recharged with R-410A to the correct subcooling.
