Heating maintenance visit. Performed regularly scheduled Comfort Club boiler maintenance. Checked unit thoroughly, verified all components are working correctly, system looks good.
Heating maintenance call. Customer had noted their system wasn't warming up as well as it had been. During furnace maintenance discovered that they have a couple of major issues with their system we wouldn't be able to address today. Scheduled them for a furnace repair visit.
