I recently completed a routine heating maintenance job for a client. This involved inspecting and cleaning the furnace, checking the thermostat, and replacing the air filter. I also made sure that all the vents were clear and that the system was operating efficiently. The client was very pleased with the results and expressed that they felt more comfortable in their home.
I performed routine heating maintenance on a residential property. I checked the furnace, thermostat, and air filters to ensure they were working properly.
Indoor air quality service call. Performed whole home dehumidifier installation. Advised customer of other indoor air quality options we have available.
Furnace maintenance service call. Customer has 8 year old Bryant furnace that is in surprisingly good shape. Went through heating tune-up checklist, checked that all functions and components were working properly. Everything looks good at this time.
Indoor air quality service call. Performed UV light installation into their HVAC system to improve IAQ. Went through operation of the system with the customer so they would understand how it worked.
Furnace repair service call. Heater was not coming on at all. During heating repair diagnostic and investigation discovered that the control board was burned out. Replaced the control board and everything is working now.
Furnace repair service call. Customer complained that 6 year old trane unit wasn't putting out any heat. During heating repair inspection and diagnosis, discovered an issue with the unit's control board. Replaced the control board and completed repair.
