Resolved low airflow issue. Replaced clogged 1" filter with 4" MERV 11 media filter. Cleaned evaporator coil with Nu-Calgon Evap Foam No Rinse. Adjusted blower speed using motor dip switches. Measured supply and return temperatures with Fieldpiece dual temperature clamps. Airflow increased by 20%.
Air conditioning installation service call. Major issues were found with current unit during previous ac maintenance visit to prep for summer months. Customer decided to go ahead and have ac replacement performed to make sure they're ready. Installation went smoothly.
Ductless mini split installation service call. The customer transformed their garage into a workshop and sought additional comfort options for extreme temperatures. Successfully installed the ductless mini split and provided the customer with a comprehensive walkthrough on its proper operation.
Cooling maintenance; performed cooling maintenance
Heating maintenance visit. Customer is a Comfort Club member, so performed regularly scheduled furnace maintenance to make sure everything was ready to go with their heating system. Checked components, cleaned unit, verified integrity of gas lines and electrical connections.
