Every employee has been outstanding. Mr. Broadney in particular was efficient, knowledgable in a way that isn’t always common. We had two parts that needed replacing. He explained it clearly, without jargon, so we understood the problem. I really appreciated that. His affable nature really came thru as well.

Furnace maintenance service call. Checked proper operation of customer's 8 year old Bryant unit. Unit looks a little rough but is operating well. Went through full heating tune-up checklist. Advised customer of ways to better care for unit between visits.
Heater repair service call. Upon completing furnace repair inspection, determined that the blower motor had gone bad and was no longer functioning. Replaced the motor and everything now working well. Discussed air duct sealing services.
New furnace installation service call. Customer's 13 year old Lennox system had finally given out and they wanted something new for the rest of the winter. Performed heating installation of new Trane unit sized to their home. Took customer through simple maintenance steps to get it off on the right foot.
Furnace maintenance service call. The customer reported some unusual behavior in their six-year-old Trane furnace and requested a thorough inspection. Conducted a comprehensive heating tune-up checklist to ensure everything was in proper working order; it appears the furnace simply required some attention.
Furnace replacement service call. Removed 12-year old Trane system and replaced it with a new Carrier unit chosen by customer. Performed heating installation to all codes and standards.
