heating maintenance service call. performed furnace maintenance on 3 year old Bryant system. Checked connections, cleaned up around unit, verified all proper operation. System looks good at furnace tune-up completed.
Heating maintenance service call. performed furnace tune-up on 3 year old Lennox system. Everything is working great and customer states they are very pleased with their comfort. Provided quote on HVAC UV light installation.
Heating maintenance service call. Performed furnace maintenance on two year old Carrier system. Everything looks good after going through heating tune up checklist. Provided customer quote on indoor air quality serices.
Furnace maintenance service call. Performed heating maintenance on 8 year old Lennox system. After checking through the whole system I let customer know that they were probably on the verge of the unit breaking down and they’d want to consider a furnace replacement.
Indoor air quality service for humidity issues leading to home mold. Installed whole-home dehumidifiers and instructed the customer on proper use for optimal indoor humidity.

Went into the Triangle to a scheduled air conditioning replacement. Removed the old outdated system and installed the new one. Tested the new unit for performance before leaving. The system is running well and the customer was pleased with the service.
Scheduled air conditioning maintenance for a residential customer. Upon arrival, did a tune up on the system for the homeowner. Started up the furnace and air conditioner. Checked charge and cleaned the coils. Cleaned and replaced the air filters. The system is running as it should for the homeowner.
Went out to a scheduled installation for a residential customer. Their air conditioning system wasn't cooling the house properly and it was time for a replacement. Removed the old unit before installing the new. Tested for performance. The system is operating as per the manufacturers’ recommendations.
Went into the Triangle to provide a tune up on an air conditioning system for a residential customer. Upon arrival, started up the furnace and the air conditioner. Inspected the unit for any issues. Set the gas pressure and checked the charge. The system is running as it should for the homeowner.
Cooling maintenance; performed cooling maintenance
Provided summer maintenance for a residential customer. Upon arrival, performed a full system check-up on their air conditioning system. Cleaned their filters but otherwise found everything else in working order. Their system is performing well for the warm season.
Went to a residential home to replace a homeowner's air conditioning system with a new one. Removed the old broken system and installed the new one. Tested the system for performance and found it operating correctly. The home will now have reliable cool air for the summer. The customer was pleased with the service.
