I replaced the outdoor fan motor, top panel with a grate, and shroud and blade.
Heating maintenance visit. Customer is a comfort club member. Performed full furnace maintenance checklist on 6 year old Trane unit. Everything looking good at this time. Cleaned unit up a little bit. Discussed indoor air quality options with customer.
Indoor air quality service call. Installed UV light for improved indoor air quality, offered and customer accepted Comfort Club membership.
