Caleb was outstanding ! He was very, Very; VERY polite and respectful. On a scale of 1to 10, he was a 15. I was telling my wife about how well mannered, polite and respectful he was during the service call. I’m a stickler for customer service and Caleb far exceeded my expectations. His cheerful, happy, polite and professional demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Caleb should be commended and rewarded for the way he conducts himself as a representative of your company.
