Wonderful experience from first contact on the telephone to end of appointment! My furnace was not working and it was so cold outside. Compass provided a prompt appointment time. Russ called when he was on his way, showed up on time and was very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated him answering all of my questions. Very thorough in his work, he found my issue and my furnace is working perfectly! He truly went above and beyond! I had such a great experience, I signed up for their maintenance plan!
