Not only did they quickly get us on the calendar, but Ryan was extremely kind and patient, explaining all possible options for repair, even making a second trip out on his time off to review the contract in order to expedite service. Dave and Matt installed our new furnace. They were punctual, efficient and extremely tidy in their work. Dave walked us through the new system and took the time to make sure we were comfortable and pleased with the finished project. Very good communication with the installers. Dave the lead installer. Walked me through the process and location of all the equipment prior to install. Dave also installed the batteries in the remotes and explained the features. Mitsubishi A/C units work like precision instruments. Respond well to remote control. Units are very quiet and do a great job cooling. Would definitely recommend Compass Heating and Air and the Mitsubishi units.

If you have any concerns on whether or not Compass is a qualified dealer and installer, put your mind at ease! We had a 5 ton Daikin Fit outdoor inverter along with a 120K BTU high efficiency gas furance installed by their team of professionals. Dave, Mike and Matt were the most knowledgeable and courteous group I have ever met. There was plenty of work to be done on site (replacing a 30 year old Carrier system) but they started and finished just when they said they would. Compass is just would you would hope for, a company who simply does what they say they will! I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Compass.
