Furnace went out in the middle of an artic chill. Compass HVAC was fast, professional and quick with diagnosis and service install. Have them coming back to do my a/c unit when the weather warms up.

I’m so happy I went with compass!!! Best decision ever. I was able to get a new furnace in 24 hours. Tyler and Dave were both very professional and courteous! I really liked how organized they were and knew exactly what they were doing! They also maintained all covid restrictions which was very important to me. I HIGHLY recommend Tyler and Dave. My Mitsubishi split unit (installed several years ago by another vendor) was not adequately heating my sunroom addition. Mike spotted several issues with the original install and selection of unit. He offered me options for repairs versus replacement. Ultimately I decided to change units. They installed the same day. Even with a below zero wind chill outside I am warm and toasty in the sunroom today.

I called at 6:30am and someone was here at 8:00. We were able to get our new furnace and humidifier installed that day. We were educated on how to use it properly and only went one day without heat.
