Excellent Service!

Trevor was extremely helpful in fixing the condenser drainage pipe on our AC unit. He fixed quickly and now we no longer have any water pooling near our house. Trevor also replaced our filter, cleaned out our condenser coils, and outside unit. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. Excellent service and we are very happy with his work!

Returned to perform repairs. System was basically flat on refrigerant on arrival. Recovered remaining refrigerant from system as it was too little to be pumped down. Unwelded existing line drier, rewelded new line drier in to system. Pressurized unit with nitrogen to ensure no leak, as well as bubble tested welds. Removed nitrogen and put system on a vacuum. Vacuumed down to 560 microns. Recharged system with 10 pounds of R410A refrigerant. Refrigerant pressures are back in range and system is operating as it should. System is fully operational upon departure. Homeowner approved to charge card on file for remaining balance over the phone.

Performed diagnostic on 5 year old unit. Homeowner says unit is not cooling. It is blowing air but it is not cold. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Checked refrigerant pressures and found unit to be low on refrigerant. Performed leak inspection and found leak at outdoor liquid line drier. Line drier needs to be replaced. Unit is also low on refrigerant from leaking and will need refrigerant. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner as well as the process for replacing liquid line drier and all the steps involved with that process. Homeowner would like to move forward with repair. Collected $169 as down payment, remainder to be collected when we return to perform work. System is not operational upon departure.

Performed diagnostic. Tenant states that system is making a weird noise. Tenant was not on site and was not able to get a hold of him via phone, unsure what noise he was hearing. Checked system thoroughly and started unit up various amounts of times. Unit started up normally every single time. No weird noises coming from the unit. System amp draws are within range and temperature split is cooling correctly. Replaced filter with customer supplied filter. Let property manager know everything is in working order. System is operational upon departure.

Performed AC diagnostic on two year old Goodman system. Upon my diagnostic client stated that system is not able to drop temperature throughout the day and was able to get to 67° in the past and now it doesn’t get below 75. Found at the outdoor condensing unit to do a secondary motor control has become Defective on the hermetic side terminal which means the compressor wasn’t on. Installed new duel secondary motor control system is cooling with a 15° split differentials and refrigerant pressures look good at this moment. Part was covered under warranty and upon departure system is fully operational and cooling.

Performed AC maintenance on a Armstrong air condenser. Systems cooling split is 20 degrees. Condensate lines are clear. Indoor blower is amping ok and spinning freely. Outdoor unit was chemically cleaned. Coil fins have a a good amount of corrosion due to the salt in the air. Copper line set have also been effected with corrosion. Refrigerant levels are ok. Compressor and fan amps are ok at this time. Corrosion inhibitors were installed at this location and his house down the street as well.

Performed AC maintenance on a Comfort Pro condenser. Cooling temperature split is 21 degrees. Indoor blower motor is amping in range. Condensate lines are clear. Outdoor unit was chemically cleaned. There is slight corrosion on the copper refrigerant lines due to the salt in the air. I am recommending adding a corrosion inhibitors to halt any further corrosion. Compressor and fan amps are in range at this time. Refrigerant levels are low.

Performed furnace maintenance on 2012 payne Heater. Upon my maintenance I came across a few points and concerns that need to be addressed with the homeowner. Furnace- 1. Found that flame sensor is heavily oxidizing corroded. If left in this condition can lead to failure on ignition due to the inability of the sensor being able to detect flames coming off of the burners 2. System contained no surge protection in the case of a power outage thunderstorm etc. Search protection is added into increase the longevity of all the components in the system most importantly the circuit board which is the brains of the system. 3. Indoor blower motor is Oxidized as well although still operating properly 4. Inducer draft motor is creating a loud screeching noise when running this may also be due to oxidization on the bearing salt water in the air is one of the worst enemies for a motor and can cause an array of problems. 5. Inspected he change room and found small heat spots along with corrosion Call
