I performed cooling maintenance today on a Lennox system. Upon arrival the system was fully operational. I tested all electrical components and safety features. All components including the compressor and motors tested in range. There were no signs of damage. The outdoor coil was dirty, so I cleaned it. The return air filter was still clean. I noticed the system does not have surge protection, the blower wheel had slight dirt build up and there was no form of air purification. I went over my concerns with Erick and will be sending digital copies of my report as well as estimates to Shawn’s email. Upon departure, the system is fully operational with optimal temperature differentials in cooling mode. It was a pleasure speaking with you.
