Sergio was great. On time and efficient. Explained what looked good and what did not. Many homes in our neighborhood have already had compressors fail and the homes are less than 10 years old. Glad I got this maintenence and Sergio explained what was needed to cause less stress on our condensor and help it last. Looking forward to a cool summer. Thanks!
