Steve at Country Air did a fantastic job. We just had our furnace, A/C, and water heater replaced, and the whole process was a great experience. Steve was very professional and obviously takes pride in his work. The installation looks great, and we are very happy with the equipment and the price we paid. Steve said he would arrive at 10:00 and at 9:55 he was in the driveway. He gave me an honest assessment of my air conditioner, told me about the pitfalls of that model, and what he would do to avoid unnecessary cost. My fix was a quick hour to hour and half and Steve's charge was very fair. I just met him that morning but, I wouldn't have any reservations recommending him to family. My only complaint was with the air conditioner and the fact that it was costing me money. I would have given him all five stars but, those reviews are often tossed out.

My furnace took a crap and it was really old and needed to be replaced. I called pyro heating and cooling in Howell and they said they could come out to check it out in about a week. I have a 18 month old and a pregnant wife and that didn’t matter at all, mind you it was the coldest day of the year so far. When I called country air he said he will be out in a couple hours and check it out for me. He was at my house right about two hours from when I called and was very professional and just an awesome down to earth guy!!! We decided to have a new furnace installed and he picked it up that day and installed it the next morning. I will always call country air from now on for any issues I have. I promise you country air is the heating and cooling company to call!!!!!
