Steve said he would arrive at 10:00 and at 9:55 he was in the driveway. He gave me an honest assessment of my air conditioner, told me about the pitfalls of that model, and what he would do to avoid unnecessary cost. My fix was a quick hour to hour and half and Steve's charge was very fair. I just met him that morning but, I wouldn't have any reservations recommending him to family. My only complaint was with the air conditioner and the fact that it was costing me money. I would have given him all five stars but, those reviews are often tossed out.
