We had an issue with the furnace that was not an obvious fix. Brooks was excellent at troubleshooting, and he checked all possibilities so he could narrow down where the issue was. He contacted a few other technicians on the phone to ensure he was not missing anything. We will definitely contact Countryside Heating and Cooling to service our furnace and A/C in the future.
Ben was very detailed and excellent at his work.

Ben was on time, thorough and offered some helpful tips
Once I got somebody at my house, they fixed it promptly ,however the issue was a motor that supposedly was written up last spring( which I heard about yesterday from your repair person for the fist time). He also informed me that the motor was covered by warranty, but it was $650 to install. I'm also paying a monthly fee for maintenance, please tell me why the replacement was not maintenance.

The original estimated cost for this repair was over $800. We applied a significant discount to bring the total to $650. Essentially, you saved over half the repair cost because the parts were being covered under the Bryant warranty and we discounted the rest. Our Office Manager explained this at the time, and you seemed to understand the breakdown. We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding. We truly appreciate your business. Ben was great! Very thorough and knowledgeable. I have to say there’s one employee that’s lax in his job, but everyone else is great to work with.
Ben did a great job - came in, asked a couple questions to make sure of the work he needed to do and then got to work. He cleaned out the AC unit, checked pressures, changed the air filter and made sure our AC system was ready to go for the season.
Great response, and taken care of promptly, and briefed by repairman after it was completed.
