Customer had a leak around the fridge area that had seeped under laminate flooring. They had pulled up a section revealing linoleum. Leak was found on crimped vinyl icemaker supply that was tied into cold water line for washing machine with a needle valve. Cut out old valve and removed vinyl supply line. Provided and installed new quarter turn shutoff for icemaker and installed new supply line. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. Gray poly plastic water supply lines are original to home and are prone to failure. They should be replaced with new water supply piping in near future to avoid water damage.
