Confirmed with customer that another water line burst in crawl space on a flow control coupling separate from the coupling we removed previously. Water to the house was shut off at arrival. Since multiple flow control couplings have failed we removed 3 flow control couplings and installed new pex fittings and pex piping. Turned water back on to building verifying no leaks present.
