Arrived on site. Customer complaint of kitchen faucet leaking from base of faucet, running under the sink due to no caulking / putty and causing under sink damage. Provided options to rectify the issue. Explained to the customer that due to the push pull style emergency stops that there is no guarantee or warranty if they start to leak when installing a new faucet. Turned off water to the faucet. Removed existing kitchen faucet. Provided and installed a new Kohler simplice kitchen faucet. When restoring water to the kitchen faucet the cold emergency stop started to leak. Provided options to replace with new 1/4 emergency stops. Shut off water to the home. Drained excess water through fixtures inside the home and an outdoor hose bib.
