Customers toilet was leaking from the tank to bolt connection. Upon arrival, they had already shut the water off and removed one of the tank to bowl bolts. The opposite bolt had to be cut off. Used a hacksaw to cut the bolt off. Removed the tank. Uninstalled the full and flush valve as well as the flush lever. Cleaned the rust from the bottom of the tank and the bolt holes. Installed a new flush and fill valve. Bolted the tank to the bowl. Removed the old supply line as it was hard metal pipe and installed a new 16†braided stainless steel supply line. Turned water back on. Checked for leaks. Lowered the water level in the tank about 2â€. Flushed. Checked for leaks. Flushed the tank 10 times and checked for leaks. No signs of any leaks or water. Spoke with customer about new toilet components. Thank you for choosing CPI!
