Confirmed with customer that water heater was leaking in garage. Water heater is located in a cubby in garage above crawlspace. Called pure dry for the customer and they will be coming out 10/8 to determine water damage. Turned water off to water heater and removed old water heater. After pure dry has completed there work customer will call us back to have new water heater and pan installed. Turned water back on to building so customer has cold water at this time. Returned 10/18 installed water heater pan and drain to outside building installed earthquake straps and installed new 50 gallon gas water heater. Replaced water heater flex and turned water back on to water heater filling unit. Connected gas supply line and used bubble test and gas sniffer verifying no gas leaks present.
