Checked customer complaint about a clogged main line to the oil interceptor. Presented customer pricing to attempt to clear the main line. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. Performed augering of the line. After augering for a while I hit the obstruction at 45 feet. I was able to clear the obstruction after a while. When I removed the cable of the auger I pulled out parts of a mop head. Performed drain test with the customer. I ran large quantities of water down the drain and the checked the oil interceptor. The customer was able to see the water drain into the receptor.
