Arrived at customers house Customer stated that they have a leak that is leading into their microwave Gave customer pricing for a diagnostic to see where the leak is coming from Customer agreed to work proposed Started to perform work proposed Ran tub to see if leak can be identified No leak is present Ran shower around tub faucet and trim After a few minutes of running water around trim leak is identified Notified customer that we will apply clear caulking around trim and faucet and not to use shower for 24 hours as it needs time to dry Customer acknowledged Cleaned up work area Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating
