Checked customer complaint about a leaking kitchen sink. The customers kitchen sink was leaking from the basket strainer. Presented customer pricing to replace the basket strainer and there under sink waste pipes. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. Performed the removal of the existing basket strainer and under sink waste pipes. After the existing basket strainer and under sink waste were removed I performed the installation of the new basket strainer and under sink waste pipes. Performed drain test with the customer. I ran large quantities of water down the drain to test for leaks. The drain performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. The customer was happy that he leak was fixed.
