I arrived at the customer’s home. I spoke to the homeowner’s daughter and she told me that the right side compartment of their kitchen sink has not been draining well. I provided her with an estimate to perform a diagnostic to figure out if the problem was within the under-sink tubular waste or if it’s a problem located farther down the drain line. She signed off on the diagnostic. I began by laying out a rug in front of the kitchen sink cabinet. Then I removed the the old tubular waste piping. I immediately noticed that the problem was that the tubular waste was plugged up with scum. This means that this was the reason why the right side compartment has began backing up. The homeowner’s daughter mentioned that she would like to just replace all of the under sink tubular waste piping. I provided her with an estimate to replace all of the tubular waste piping.
