- Arrived on site. - Spoke with Michael about the issue they’ve been having with their floor sink in the furnace closet backing up when the kitchen sink on the other side of the wall is used. - Provided Michael with an estimate to attempt to drain clean through the kitchen sink. -After trying that, the floor sink continued to back up. - Next I zeroed that task in the invoice, and presented Michael with a new estimate to attempt to drain clean through the floor sink. - After drain cleaning through the floor sink for awhile I was able to clear the blockage. - We ran water at the kitchen sink for approximately 5 minutes to verify it was no longer backing up. - We performed multiple load tests by filling up the kitchen sink and allowing it to drain. - The floor sink was not backing up anymore.
