Waived any and all diagnostic fees from Monday, January 30th., due to prior diagnostic charged by CPI was inconclusive. Increased opening to existing hole in sheet rock below shower. Under closer inspection was able to retest and determine that there was a serious leak issue at the existing shower drain. Removed rot and Increased subfloor opening size as required. Performed installation of shower drain as proposed. Tested drain installation while both standing inside and outside of shower for a total of 15 minutes. No leaks present Performed replacement of lavatory faucet mixing valve located in first floor bathroom below shower stall. Set temperature to approximately 110*F. Tested for leaks. No leaks on new mixing valve or components. However discovered water leaking from base of faucet. Applied clear caulk to base of faucet at no additional charge. Note: Credit to be applied to invoice due to no second hole in sheet rock and exhaust vent removal. Excludes: Sheetrock Patch
