Checked customer complaint about a leaking outside faucet. The customer had a boiler drain they used outside that was leaking and needed to be replaced. Presented customer pricing to replace the boiler drain. After pricing was approved I turned off the water and drained the system. I removed he existing boiler drain and installed the new one. I turned on the water and tested for leaks with the customer. The boiler drain performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. The customer was happy the leak was fixed.
