Checked customer complaint about a clogged kitchen drain. Presented customer pricing to attempt to clear the kitchen drain with an auger. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. Performed augering of the kitchen drain. After augering for a while I was able to clear the kitchen drain. I ran large quantities of water to test the drain for leaks and clogs with the customer. The drain performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. The customer was happy that the drain was fixed. In an apartment below he one we were working in there appeared to be a leak coming from the fire suppression system. CPI does not work on fir suppression systems. The customer said they would investigate to see if there is a leak on the fire suppression unit or if there was a further plumbing issue.
