We pulled the downstairs toilet to try and determine if the water that is coming up through the grout lines between the tile on the floor is either from the toilet leaking from around the wax ring or if its from another source. When the toilet was removed we found small dirt piles that built up and ground water coming up trough the hole in the concrete that the toilets flange is located. There is no way to seal up the space between the ABS pipe and the concrete that it comes up through. The ground water around the foundation needs to have a way to move away from the concrete.
